How do I know whether you have a case for my phone?
Use the phone model finder above or message CASED on WhatsApp with the exact model shown in your phone settings. Availability varies by branch.
Do you install screen protectors?
Supported hydrogel and tempered glass protectors can be fitted in store. Screen protectors do not carry a warranty.
Do you deliver throughout Trinidad and Tobago?
Yes. The minimum delivery order is TT$100 and the delivery fee is TT$40. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, Monday to Friday.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted only for defective items. The item must be returned to the exact branch where it was purchased and accompanied by the original bill. Returns and refunds are not processed through courier services.
What warranty do your products have?
Screen protectors do not carry a warranty. Other eligible items carry a 2 week warranty and must be returned in their original packaging with the original bill.

Delivery is available anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago. The minimum order is TT$100 and the delivery fee is TT$40. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 working days, Monday to Friday.

Returns and refunds
